Training Schedule Summer 2017 is as follows:

 

Monday – Run 6:30 pm from College

Tuesday – Swim 6:30 pm from College Slip

Wednesday – Run 6:30 pm from College

Thursday – Swim 6:30 pm from College Slip

Friday – Run 6:30 pm from College

Sat Morning  Cycle from College at 9 am

Sunday – Run or Swim from College at 11:30 am
